There are two different tracking numbers assigned to most orders. All orders will receive a Paper Mojo order number. This number will be shown in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you have created an account profile with us, you can use this number to track the status of your order before and after it's shipped (See Order History). The second tracking number will be the shipment tracking number issued at the time your order leaves our warehouse (the FedEx or USPS tracking number). You can use this number to view the tracking details of your particular shipper on their web site.
Whenever possible, we will include your shipment tracking
number in your shipping notification email so that you may track the progress
of your package. The shipper's tracking number is also listed with each order
in the Order History of your account profile.
