Order Tracking There are two different tracking numbers assigned to most orders. All orders will receive a Paper Mojo order number. This number will be shown on your order confirmation page (the last page of your checkout) and in your order and confirmation email. You can use this number to track the status of your order before and after it's shipped (See Order Status). The second tracking number will be the shipment tracking number issued at the time your order leaves our warehouse (the FedEx tracking number). You can use this number to view the tracking details of your particular shipper on their web site. Whenever possible, we will include your shipment tracking number in your shipping notification email so that you may track the progress of your package. You may also view the shipment tracking number by viewing the status of you order (See Order Status). If you have not received a tracking number and would like to know the whereabouts of your order, please send us an email at and reference your order number. |
