Ultimately, it is our goal to provide our customers with the best quality paper we can get. While we love the new colors and patterns in our latest shipment of India metallics and chiffons, we have discovered some of the styles have more imperfections than we would like. Because many of these new papers are less than perfect, we're offering them at a savings of up to 45% off retail. See below for included styles and FAQs.
How much of each sheet has an imperfection? The imperfections generally do not cover more than 10% of any sheet. Many sheets are perfect. Sheets that we have considered imperfect because of dye lot issues are completely usable.
What are the imperfections? Some sheets may have a spot or smudge on the surface. Some of the metallic coated papers show small areas of color streaking or spotting where the color coating was a bit thin. Some styles have simply come shipped with multiple dye lots. Sheets of other styles exhibit a tonal shift in the gold printing causing the gold to look a bit different in areas.
Why should I take a chance on these imperfect papers? These papers are a great buy, and the majority of each sheet is completely perfect. Each sheet can be cut down to produce several letter or card size pieces that are blemish-free. This is a perfect opportunity to be extravagant with these papers.
Can I purchase samples of these papers? Yes, we will be cutting both 8.5"x11" and 3"x5" samples of these papers. The samples may or may not show any of the imperfections.
Are these papers returnable? Yes, these papers can be returned for a full refund on your paper purchase. Our usual return policies apply.
What if I like the pattern? Will you be offering it in the future? We are taking steps to insure the next production will improve dramatically. It is our intention to offer these papers as part of our regular collection.
