When will I receive my order?	by Paper Mojo
Standard Delivery orders (excluding P.O. Box addresses) are shipped via FedEx and should be received within three to five business days within the contiguous USA.

How do I check the status of my order?	by Paper Mojo
There are two different tracking numbers assigned to most orders. All orders will receive a Paper Mojo order number. This number will be shown on your order confirmation page (the last page of your checkout) and in your order and confirmation email. You can use this number to track the status of your order before and after it's shipped (See Order Status). The second tracking number will be the shipment tracking number issued at the time your order leaves our warehouse (the FedEx tracking number). You can use this number to view the tracking details of your particular shipper on their web site. Whenever possible, we will include your shipment tracking number in your shipping notification email so that you may track the progress of your package. You may also view the shipment tracking number by viewing the status of you order (See Order Status). If you have not received a tracking number and would like to know the whereabouts of your order, please send us an email at orderinfo@papermojo.com and reference your order number.

Is there a minimum order requirement?	by Paper Mojo
There is no minimum order requirement on any of our everyday products. Minimums may apply to special orders and custom papers. If you are interested in special order papers please send us an email at paperhelp@papermojo.com

Will my paper look just like what's online?	by Paper Mojo
Every effort has been made to accurately represent our papers. Due to the nature of handmade paper slight variations in color and texture may occur and printed paper hues may vary depending upon their location in the printing run. Also, because all computer monitors display colors slightly differently hue variations are possible. If precise color and paper weight are critical to your project, please contact us at paperhelp@papermojo.com and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Do you have a print catalog?	by Paper Mojo
Currently we do not offer a print catalog. The most accurate and complete information about our products can be found on our website.

Do you offer paper samples?	by Paper Mojo
Paper samples are available for most of our paper families and are offered in both 3"x5" and 8.5"x11". The 3" x 5" sample sets are perfect if you're building a library of paper styles for your continued use. These samples are labeled and bagged for a permanent reference. While most of our sample packs include the complete range of papers within each paper collection, the samples for our artisan marbles, woven fiber, Chiyogami and Katazomi-shi are sold separately. Choose the 8.5" x 11" samples if you're interested in just a few specific colors or styles or if you are looking for a larger sample to try in a design mockup. These samples are not labeled and sold individually.

What happens if the paper I order is not in stock?	by Paper Mojo
If a portion of your order is not in stock, you will have the option during checkout of requesting the order split into in-stock and out of stock paper or holding the entire order until all paper is available for shipping. If you request the order split shipping fees will apply to both orders. Unfortunately do to the nature of the decorative paper production, back orders may be unpredictable in their delivery time but we will inform you of the anticipated deliver date of new stock.
