Paper Mojo Ordering FAQs

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only to the US and Canada.

What happens if the paper I order is not in stock?
We strive to only display "in stock" items on our site, but popularity or special sales may allow an recently out of stock item to be displayed. If a portion of your order is not in stock, we will notify you via email before the order is shipped. You will have the option of canceling the order completely, canceling that portion of the order or substituting another item in the order. Unfortunately do to the nature of the decorative paper production, back orders may be unpredictable in their delivery time but we will also inform you of the anticipated deliver date of new stock.

When will I receive my order?
Standard Delivery orders (excluding P.O. Box addresses) are shipped via FedEx and should be received within three to five business days within the contiguous USA.

How do I check the status of my order?
There are two different tracking numbers assigned to most orders. All orders will receive a Paper Mojo order number. This number will be shown on your order confirmation page (the last page of your checkout) and in your order and confirmation email. You can use this number to track the status of your order before and after it's shipped (See Order Status). The second tracking number will be the shipment tracking number issued at the time your order leaves our warehouse (the FedEx tracking number). You can use this number to view the tracking details of your particular shipper on their web site.

Whenever possible, we will include your shipment tracking number in your shipping notification email so that you may track the progress of your package. You may also view the shipment tracking number by viewing the status of you order (See Order Status). If you have not received a tracking number and would like to know the whereabouts of your order, please send us an email at and reference your order number.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement on any of our products.

Will my paper look just like what's online?
Every effort has been made to accurately represent our papers. Due to the nature of handmade paper slight variations in color and texture may occur and printed paper hues may vary depending upon their location in the printing run. Also, because all computer monitors display colors slightly differently hue variations are possible. If precise color and paper weight are critical to your project, please contact us at and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Do you have a print catalog?
Currently we do not offer a print catalog. The most accurate and complete information about our products can be found on our website.

Do you offer paper samples?
Paper samples are available for many of our paper families and are approximately 3" x 5".
