Back Orders and Special Orders

Paper Mojo offers the placement of larger orders beyond our current inventory as a special service to our customers with larger projects to complete.

If your project requires more than what we have in stock, we would be happy to add your paper order requirements to the next wholesale order we place with that paper's importer or supplier. Generally we find we can fill back orders within 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the paper's source. The availability of each paper is listed within each paper's details.

If you would like to order a paper sheet count beyond what we have in stock, simply add that sheet count to your cart and proceed with your checkout as usual. We will contact you via email regarding the anticipated delivery date of your shipment if it appears it will take longer than the reorder time listed in your paper's details.

Splitting your shipment
Because of the differences in production runs, we will always strive to include the entire sheet count requested in each order from the same run. If we cannot fill your request from our present stock, the entire amount will be backordered until we can fill it from the same production run. If you would like us to send you the amount in-stock now with the remainder to follow, please make note of that in the comments box available during checkout. Also be advised that differences in the color, pattern and weight may occur in the paper if the order is split over different production runs.

If you place an order with some items in stock and some items backordered, you will be given the opportunity during checkout to specify when you would like your order shipped.

Your options are:

• Hold the entire order till all backordered items are available for shipping. This saves on shipping fees by grouping your order into one shipment.
  
• Ship the in-stock items now and the remaining items later. Your backordered items will be placed in a second order and held until those items are all available for shipping. Shipping fees will apply to both orders.
  
• Delete the backordered items from the order.

Express shipping is not available for orders containing backordered items. If you would like some items shipped express while your backordered items wait to come in stock, please place separate orders for each shipping method.

Special Orders
