There are two different tracking numbers assigned to most orders. All orders will receive a Paper Mojo order number. This number will be shown on your order confirmation page (the last page of your checkout) and in your order and confirmation email. You can use this number to track the status of your order before and after it's shipped. The second tracking number will be the shipment tracking number issued at the time your order leaves our warehouse (the FedEx or USPS tracking number). You can use this number to view the tracking details of your particular shipper on their web site.
We include your shipment tracking number in your shipping notification email so that you may track the progress of your package. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email with tracking number and would like to know the whereabouts of your order, you may log in to your account on this website and view all the details of your order, including the shipper's tracking number.
