Changing or Canceling Your Order

If we have not yet begun processing your order and you need to cancel or modify it, please contact us at orderinfo@papermojo.com and we will determine if it will be possible to halt the fulfillment of the order. Any request for changes or modifications may delay your order processing time. Orders containing Special Order styles that are already en route from the supplier are not able to be canceled.

It is not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been shipped, but you are welcome to place an additional order if you've forgotten something. If you decide not to keep an item after receiving it, you may return it. If delivery of an order is refused, return shipping charges will be deducted from the issued refund.
